Seabreeze Guesthouse prides itself on delivering guest accommodation in line with the Visit Britain standards and delivery of service whilst taking into account the DDA and making all reasonable adjustments for guests who may have disabilities.   Due to the layout of our guesthouse, Fire regulations and Council planning laws we are unable to provide facilities for guests with severe mobility limitations such as ramps and stair lifts.  However we welcome any enquiries from guests with disabilities, so we can discuss their needs and all reasonably attempts will be made to meet these.

Ground Floor: Guest Room 1
First Floor: Guest Rooms 2, 3, 4 & 5
Second Floor: Guest Rooms 6, 7 & 8

Guest Room 1

Situated on the ground floor at the rear of the building, this is a large double room with full En-suite facilities. The built in private en-suite is fitted with a shower cubical & Power Shower, sink and toilet. Please note there are no hand rails or grab rails in this room. Other than the entrance steps to the building there are no stairs or steps to this room.

Guest Room 2

This single room is located on the first floor at the rear of the building which is 16 stairs from the ground floor.  This room is en-suite and has its own private bathroom facilities which are fitted with a shower cubical & power shower, sink and toilet. Please note there are no hand rails or grab rails in this room.

Guest Room 3

This is a large twin room with full En-suite facilities which is located on the first floor at the rear of the building; there are 22 stairs from the ground floor level. Please note there are no hand rails or grab rails in this room.

Guest Room 4

This is a king-size double room which is located at the front of the building and has its own built in private en-suite facilities built into the room which is fitted with a shower cubical & Power shower, wash basin, and toilet.  There are 22 stairs to access this room from the ground floor. Please note there are no hand rails or grab rails in this room.

Guest Room 5

This is a single room which is located at the front of the building and has its own built in private en-suite facilities which is fitted with a shower cubical & Power shower and wash basin.  The toilet is situated on the landing on the second floor which is shared by room 6 & 7 which is a further 20 stairs. Please note there are no hand rails or grab rails in this room.

Guest Room 6

This is a large twin room situated at the rear of the building with en-suite facilities which is built in privately and fitted with a shower cubical & power shower and hand wash basin, The toilet which is shared is located on the landing opposite. There are 42 stairs from the ground floor level to this room. Please note there are no hand rails or grab rails in this room

Guest Room 7

This is a single room which is located at the front of the building and has its own built in private en-suite facilities which is fitted with a shower cubical & power shower and hand wash basin.  The toilet which is shared is situated on the landing opposite the room. There are 42 stairs from the ground floor level to this room. Please note there are no hand rails or grab rails in this room

Guest Room 8

This is a single room which is located at the front of the building and has its own private en-suite bathroom facilities which are just outside of the room and for sole use of the guest/s occupying this room.  The en-suite is fitted with a shower cubical & power shower and hand wash basin and toilet. There are 42 stairs from the ground floor level to this room.   Please note there are no hand rails or grab rails in this room.
